Decades ago, at IIM-A, I did an independent project (IP) on Counseling and although I was deeply curious to make it a life’s calling, the practical aspects did their bit. Over the years, I kept the interest alive and I learnt and taught yoga, learnt and taught neuroscience and finally reached my course in Zurich to formally learn and be certified to practise as a psychoanalyst.

My work as an enterpreneur and leading a team of over 100 people helped me understand human nature in a practical way. I was successful in the material world but I was left with a big question - “what next?” after exiting from the company I co-founded.

It was then that I found psychoanalysis and maybe it found me and the dream that was born at IIM-A saw a way to come into existence. I see the psychoanalytic approach was a way of life both inside and outside the consulting room to help us on our individual journey to become the best version of ourselves.
